Reservation Condition:
1. For all booking must be deposit 30%.
2. Booking prior 1 month of arrival full amount must be received within 30 days of arrival.
3. Booking within 1 month of arrival full amount must be received before 15 days of arrival.
4. No show or cancel upon arrival charge 100%
5. Amend Reservations fee charge 5% of totally villa rental when deposit done.

Cancellation:
1. Cancellation within 15 days prior arrival “No” refund.
2. Cancellation 16-30 days prior arrival 50% refund.
3. Cancellation 31-60 days prior arrival 75% refund.
4. Cancellation 61 days prior arrival 90% refund.
